What problem does OXYDO address?+
OXYDO is designed for sludge and corrosion management in heating water circuits. An installer should assess the circuit and its condition before recommending treatment.
Can it be used with underfloor heating?+
Discuss your circuit design, materials, flow and existing treatment with our team. Suitability needs to be checked for each installation.
Should I stop maintaining my boiler?+
No. Continue all boiler and heat-pump servicing required by the manufacturer. Water treatment does not replace equipment maintenance.
Can you promise a specific energy saving?+
Savings depend on the starting condition and operation of your system. We do not promise a universal percentage; assessment comes first.
Where is OXYDO-25 installed?+
It is fitted into a closed heating circuit by a qualified heating professional, following the model's installation instructions.
How does it differ from a one-off power flush?+
OXYDO-25 remains in the circuit for ongoing physical treatment. A power flush is a separate cleaning operation; an installer assesses whether cleaning is also needed.
Does the unit use magnets or electricity?+
The treatment unit uses a mechanical process without an electrical connection or magnetic filter.
Does the unit need consumable refills?+
The 316L stainless-steel unit does not require salt or chemical refills for its own operation. Continue the heating system's prescribed servicing.
How can the water condition be followed?+
An installer can compare water samples and the circuit's condition before and after installation. Agree a monitoring plan for your system.
What should I check before installation?+
Tell us the circuit type, pipe diameter, system age and any existing water treatment. A heating professional confirms suitability.
