Is it a water softener?+
ARAGO is a physical limescale treatment system, rather than an ion-exchange salt softener. It is intended to address scale behaviour without removing the water’s minerals.
Will it fit my property?+
Sizing depends on pipe diameter, flow and water conditions. Share your installation details with the EU team before selecting a model.
Does it make unsafe water drinkable?+
No. Limescale treatment is not a substitute for filtration, disinfection or a drinking-water safety assessment.
What does the guarantee cover?+
H2O Zero states a 10-year product guarantee. Request the full local terms, coverage and installation requirements with your quote.
Where is ARAGO-20 installed?+
It is fitted inline on the main water supply, at a point chosen by a qualified plumber.
Does the unit need routine maintenance?+
The stainless-steel unit has no salt or chemical consumables to replace. Follow the supplied instructions and keep up normal plumbing maintenance.
How is water hardness measured?+
Use a suitable hardness test or a laboratory result. Hardness and pH measure different properties; share the reported value and unit with us.
Does it remove minerals?+
ARAGO-20 uses physical treatment. It does not use ion-exchange salt to remove calcium and magnesium.
Will all white marks disappear?+
Residual mineral marks may remain because minerals remain in the water. Discuss the expected behaviour for your water conditions before ordering.
Can I choose a model from my home's size alone?+
No. Pipe diameter, water flow and installation conditions also matter. Ask us to assess these before choosing.
